Hi, I'm Vanessa Valle: Peruvian, mother, wife, daughter, entrepreneur and an immigrant, just like you. I'm a licensed attorney in Peru (CAL No. 48655) with 18 years of experience. Law taught me to listen carefully, to analyze every situation with diligence and to honor the trust people place in me.

Moving to the United States meant starting over: asking questions, seeking guidance and finding my way in another language. I know the excitement of building a new life, and the uncertainty of making decisions in an unfamiliar system while taking care of your family. That's why, when you share your plans with me, I see the effort, the sacrifices and the hopes behind them.

Today I live in Bernardsville, in Somerset County, and I'm a Realtor in New Jersey. I help people buy, sell or rent a property, explaining every step clearly and taking the time to answer all their questions. My legal background adds something more: attention to detail and an analytical eye, so you can make well-informed decisions.

I'm also the co-founder of Vandrake LLC, where we improve, maintain and prepare properties. And I continue to advise on Peruvian law, the bond I keep with my profession and my country.

I keep studying and growing, because I know that starting over takes courage, preparation and perseverance. I'm building my path too.
